SEGi University and Colleges

SEGi University and Colleges (SEGi) began its journey in 1977 as Systematic College in Kuala Lumpur’s commercial district. Today, it has grown to become one of the leading private higher education institutions in Malaysia, serving over 20,000 students across five major campuses located in Kota Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, Subang Jaya, Penang, and Sarawak.

SEGi offers a diverse range of programmes, including undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, diplomas, and professional certifications across various fields such as Business, Technology and Innovation, Creative Arts and Design, Dentistry, and Law.

SEGi has also introduced a platform known as SEGiRISE, which enables working adults to upgrade their qualifications while accommodating their work schedules.

SEGi’s main campus is located in Kota Damansara and is home to several faculties. It is equipped with modern facilities such as an academic library, swimming pool, and a newly built facility, Kota Damansara MRT Station, providing easy access for students from Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur.

SEGi’s other campuses include SEGi College Subang Jaya, which opened in 2006 and offers sports facilities at the 3K Sports Complex opposite the main building. SEGi College Kuala Lumpur, which opened its doors in 1977, has expanded from one building to five buildings and currently has around 4,000 students studying on a full-time or part-time basis.

SEGi College Penang serves as SEGi’s education hub in the northern region of Malaysia and offers a wide range of programmes in various fields. SEGi College Sarawak, located in Kuching, is the largest private college in East Malaysia and is the only campus that offers law programmes at diploma and bachelor’s degree levels.
