UCSI University

UCSI University is a leading private university located in Malaysia. The university is renowned for offering a broad range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields such as business, engineering, architecture, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, applied science, music, and social science.

According to the Malaysian Higher Education Ministry’s Graduate Employability 2021 survey, all UCSI University’s programs have achieved a 100% employability score, which means that its graduates are highly sought after in the job market.

UCSI University has a rich history that dates back to 1986 when it was established by Dato’ Peter Ng as a computer-training institute in Petaling Jaya. Since then, the university has relocated to Kuala Lumpur, expanded its facilities and academic programs, and earned college and university status in 1990 and 2008, respectively.

UCSI University has seven faculties and three institutes, including the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Business and Management, Faculty of Engineering, Technology and Built Environment, Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Faculty of Social Science and Liberal Arts. The three institutes are the Institute of Actuarial Science and Data Analytics, Institute of Music, and Institute of Computer Science and Digital Innovation.

Moreover, UCSI University is accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC), the Malaysian Nursing Board (MNB), and various professional bodies. Its sister institution, UCSI College, offers pre-university programs for students who are preparing to enroll in degree courses at UCSI University.
